When you provide Medical Transcription Service Organizations (MTSO’s) access into BayScribe, they transcribe the work you designate for them to complete without having to access your EMR and without access into the remainder of the Transcription system. The MTSO has complete control over their own account and workflow within your system. This allows a facility to easily outsource some, or all, of the transcription while maintaining control and ownership of the technology.
This approach allows you to centrally maintain all of the importing and exporting rules associated with your Authors, Departments and Work Types, so you can easily outsource to as many MTSO’s as you like without having to integrate any outside technologies with your systems; without having to change or add any processes; and without cost. All the reports are being typed into your system, with your forms and your distribution rules.
You can require your QA to review the outsourced work automatically as well as limit the amount of work that is outsourced, right down to the Work Type level. Easily administer and oversee the work being outsourced; get insight into production and turnaround time efficiency and know the data is accurate… because it is from your system.
