Question:

The BayScribe Player unexpectedly terminates in the middle of playing the dictation?

Suggestion:

  1. Re-open the Player
  2. Go to SETTINGS > Disable/uncheck Maintain Pitch

Question:

You received a page with red text at the top explaining that ‘the system is undergoing maintenance’ and to ‘hit the back button on your browser, and try again in 1 minute’

Suggestion:

  1. hit the BACK button one time,
  2. REFRESH your web page (VIEW, REFRESH — usually F5)
  3. Continue to REFRESH until you get the login page (usually just once)
